## Experience

### FP&A Fleet Assets Manager, Allegiant Air

June 2026 to present | Las Vegas, Nevada

- Owns the monthly close and spend variance reporting for a 100-plus engine fleet program, and rebuilt the reporting to make it faster and cleaner.
- Reviews leadership-facing financials, and caught and resolved a $20+M full-year reporting error before it reached the executive team.
- Defends the company's spend against its MRO overhaul vendors by substantiating credit refunds and challenging multimillion-dollar invoices line by line against contract, on the first claim under a newly signed master agreement.
- Built a leaner-capital strategy for the fleet's spare engines that held service levels while cutting idle spare-days from 476 to 455 and freeing the working capital they tie up.
- Led engine-fleet integration for a major acquisition, bringing 15-plus acquired engines into the operating financial picture and standing up the reference framework the combined program now runs on.
- Runs the cross-functional weekly engine program review and serves as the commercial point of contact to the MRO vendors behind the program's largest maintenance costs.
- Scope also covers overhaul-vendor negotiations, multimillion-dollar insurance recovery and the long-term fleet-disposition strategy that decides how capital is deployed across the fleet.

### Corporate Development Senior Associate, CHS Inc.

February 2025 to June 2026 | Minneapolis, Minnesota

- Drove the financial and structuring work behind a multi-site grain-asset divestiture: eight elevator locations across two business units carved into three transactions, defining the deal perimeter and shaping the buyer landscape leadership took to market.
- Led the valuation behind a renewable-diesel and oilseed-crush capital program, pricing each plant investment across the feedstock, trade-policy and clean-fuel-credit scenarios (RVO, 45Z) that determine which projects clear, and gave leadership the read it used to direct capital.
- Built the financial backbone for a regulated midstream pipeline negotiation, modeling the tariff, volume-commitment and escalation economics that set the company's position at the table.
- Ran diligence on a live acquisition and gave the steering committee and senior leadership the analysis behind the go-forward decision.

### FP&A Lead, Ecolab

February 2024 to February 2025 | Minneapolis, Minnesota

- Served as the FP&A lead for a $3 billion-plus global life-sciences and healthcare division, owning its budgeting, forecasting and variance, and writing the financial story that reached the C-suite, the board and investor relations.
- Cut the division's monthly financial reporting cycle from roughly four days to under fifteen minutes and made it more reliable.
- Advised the commercial organization on pricing, competitive position and territory strategy, and rebuilt the business-case approval process to move decisions through senior leadership faster.

### Investment Banking Associate, Piper Sandler

June 2021 to February 2024 | Minneapolis, Minnesota

- Ran 15-plus live sell-side M&A processes end to end, from valuation to close, across healthcare, medical technology and diversified industries, totaling more than $1 billion in transaction value.
- Served as deal lead on concurrent mandates for founder- and PE-owned sellers, directing diligence, modeling and management presentations and acting as the seller's day-to-day lead through close.
- Was the technical authority on valuation for deal teams, building the LBO, DCF and comparable analyses that senior bankers and clients made decisions on.
- Generated roughly 35 to 40 percent of the team's business-development output alongside senior bankers, and built the bench by recruiting, training and mentoring its analysts and summer associates.

### Strategy & Consulting Senior Analyst, M&A (Early Promotion), Accenture

March 2020 to June 2021 | Minneapolis, Minnesota

- Executed buy-side acquisitions across healthcare, financial services and the public sector, leading the diligence and valuation that delivered 15 to 25 percent purchase-price improvements.
- Led market analysis and integration work that drove synergy capture across the firm's acquisition portfolio.
- Directed a five-person task force that uncovered a fraudulent-identity scheme in state unemployment claims, protecting millions in public funds.
